Introduction
Moving off MRPeasy usually turns on two questions. What does the monthly bill become as more people need a login? And does stock sit in the system your sales team already uses?
MRPeasy charges per user. We charge a plan fee with users included, then a lower rate for each extra seat, so the gap widens with every hire. Comparing annual billing with annual billing as of 7 November 2026, our Basic plan, which covers multiple warehouses and barcodes, costs $577 a month at ten users. MRPeasy Enterprise, the plan with multiple stocks, costs $907.50. Neither figure includes tax. Ours also excludes the Salesforce licences our software runs on, so this page is written for teams already on Salesforce.
Below are the cost table and formulas, a note on MRPeasy's production planning, and six checks. Five take an afternoon and one uses our 15-day trial on your own data. Everything is priced in US dollars, as both vendors list it.
Key takeaways
- If your sales team works in Salesforce or your accounts run in Tally, we recommend Arka Inventory. From four users our Basic plan costs less than MRPeasy Enterprise, before Salesforce licences.
- Work out your own bill with two formulas: MRPeasy is users × list price × 11 ÷ 12, and ours is the plan fee plus extra users × seat price.
- Compare annual billing with annual billing. MRPeasy charges 11 months for 12, so its effective price is 11/12 of the list price.
- The 15-day trial gives full access to every feature, with no credit card, so you can run the sixth check on your own data.
Which of the MRPeasy alternatives suits a Salesforce-based team in India?
For Indian manufacturers and distributors whose sales team works in Salesforce or whose accounts run in Tally, we recommend Arka Inventory, because stock, orders and invoices then live in the systems you already use.
We publish this page, and Arka Inventory is one of the two products compared. All prices are US-dollar list prices as of 7 November 2026 from MRPeasy's pricing page and our pricing page. We have not converted them to rupees or added tax.
Our figures exclude the Salesforce licences our software runs on.
Why choose Arka Inventory over MRPeasy?
Our software is built natively on Salesforce, while MRPeasy connects to Salesforce through Zapier, a third-party automation service, according to its Salesforce integration page. Our Commit Inventory feature commits, allocates and reallocates stock to prevent overselling and support dependable delivery dates, inside Salesforce. Four more facts support choosing us.
- The bill flattens as you add users. Each extra seat costs $42 on Basic and $52 on Advance, against $90.75 per user on MRPeasy Enterprise with annual billing. At ten users that is $577 against $907.50 on Basic, before Salesforce licences.
- Tally is a published integration. We sync invoices, bills and transaction details with Tally, and inventory changes show in both. We also integrate with QuickBooks Online. If Tally holds your stock records today, our Tally stock health check shows whether they are ready to move.
- Costing and production go further. Landed cost adds freight, duties, taxes and customs charges to each item's cost. Lot, batch, expiry-date and serial tracking and landed cost are on our Enterprise plan, priced on request through our sales team. On Advance, you build with standard or order-based bills of materials (BOMs, the lists of parts that make a finished item) and check material availability against them. You can also track consumption, bundle items as kits and run production.
- Setup help is included. You give us access to your inventory, product, warehouse and operational data. Onboarding typically takes a minimum of two weeks, depending on data readiness and integration needs, with setup guidance and configuration help included. Our team is reachable by phone, live chat and email, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. The product is available in English and Hindi.
What does MRPeasy offer for production scheduling?
MRPeasy's production planning page describes a master production schedule (a plan of what to build and when) and automatic scheduling against capacity and incoming orders. It also describes drag-and-drop Gantt charts (bar charts of jobs over time), routings (the sequence of work steps for each product), a workforce module and mobile shop-floor reporting. It lists tracking by lot, batch, serial number and barcode. For a plain explanation of MRP (material requirements planning, the calculation of what to buy and when), see our worked example.
What does each system cost at your team size?
At ten users on annual billing, MRPeasy Enterprise costs $907.50 a month, our Basic plan $577 and our Advance plan $915. Our Basic plan costs less than MRPeasy Enterprise from four users, before Salesforce licences. These are our calculations from the list prices linked above, stopping at ten users because MRPeasy prices users beyond the tenth differently.
The formulas (monthly cost, annual billing, up to ten users):
- MRPeasy = users × list price × 11 ÷ 12. Professional is $69 and Enterprise is $99.
- Arka Basic = $199 + $42 × (users − 1).
- Arka Advance = $499 + $52 × (users − 2), for two or more users.
For four users: MRPeasy Enterprise is 4 × $99 × 11 ÷ 12 = $363, and Basic is $199 + 3 × $42 = $325. Basic also costs less than MRPeasy Professional from eight users ($493 against $506).
MRPeasy's pricing page shows BOM and production planning in every plan, barcodes from Professional and multiple stocks only on Enterprise. We compare Basic with Enterprise because Basic includes multiple warehouses.
Salesforce licences. Salesforce's own Sales pricing page lists Starter Suite at $25 and Pro Suite at $100 per user per month (US dollars, as of 7 November 2026). Your own Salesforce edition sets the figure. Teams that already hold these licences carry only our plan fee, and this page is written for those teams.

Our verdict
For Indian manufacturers and distributors on Salesforce or Tally, Arka Inventory keeps stock, orders and invoices in the systems you already use at a lower bill as you add users.
How we compared
We read each vendor's own pricing and product pages on 7 November 2026. Costs are our arithmetic, shown above, with MRPeasy at 11/12 of list price to match its annual billing and ours as billed yearly. Matching plans is our judgement, based on the features each plan lists. Salesforce prices come from Salesforce's own page.
